I waited two months to write this review to see if the product really worked. And I have to say that after two months of using it for 20 minutes on each knee my problems have improved a lot. Obviously it is not going to cure the chondromalacia and small osteoarthritis that I have, but I do recognize that I am more agile with my knees and they bother me much less. I bought this massager together with the bee venom ointment. Both together have brought relief. The pain isn't gone yet but it's much better. You can also use it on the shoulder, but it's not as tight as on the knee.

Others, like this one that I'm going to review now, I found valid although obviously not miraculous. Photos and description correspond to what I received so I won't dwell too much on the technical aspect and its characteristics; the manufacturer has described it extensively in the product sheet. It is a sort of helmet that is placed on the knee; It's well padded and really well made. It is not very heavy so it can be worn without problems; once positioned, just tighten the straps and it is immediately ready to be used. It works wirelessly so it's very practical; we can use it while we are on the sofa but also while we are working on the PC. On the top there is the control panel; from here we can turn the device on and off and adjust both the intensity of the massage - low, high and automated - and the power of the heat that it will emit during its operation. There are three heating modes: low at 40°C, medium at 50°C, and high up to 60°C. It is also possible to choose between infrared or laser mode. There is also an instruction manual in Italian and the type C cable for charging. Luckily I don't suffer from any particular problems with my knee but every now and then I feel it "caught"; when this happens I do a series of sessions using the massager and generally find relief. Obviously it doesn't work miracles but it is certainly a valid help, especially if combined with a specific cream. For particular pathologies, however, I recommend consulting a doctor before purchasing.

Running two/three times a week, I sometimes have pain in my knee joints and I decided to give this machine a chance. I didn't think it could help me, I have to be honest, and instead after a few weeks of treatment, using the massager after running sessions, I noticed that the pain no longer appears. I can't say what could have caused this disappearance and non-reappearance of the pain but probably the masseur may have helped in the decompression and cool-down phase of the knee after the run and therefore been really helpful. The price of the device is certainly not low (for this and for the noise I don't give 5 stars), however it is a machine that for the moment, several months after the first use, still works well and without any problems whatsoever. FORTHiQ Knee Massager, interesting especially because my wife underwent meniscus surgery about 20 years ago, often after walks or returning from work she has pain.
