My device won’t turn on. What should I do?

Check that:

  1. The battery is fully charged or properly connected.
  2. The power button is pressed for at least 2 seconds.
  3. The charger and cable are undamaged.
  4. If it still doesn’t work, contact Support  with your order number.

The heat or vibration isn’t working. How do I fix it?

Ensure the mode is correctly selected.
Some settings (like vibration or heat) only activate after a few seconds.
If unresponsive, restart your device or reset it following the Device Reset Guide.


My device feels too hot. Is that normal?

Mild warmth is expected during heat therapy.
If it becomes uncomfortably hot, turn off the device and let it cool.
Clean the surface and ensure no fabric blocks ventilation.
If overheating continues, stop using it and contact Support


My device stops working after a few minutes. Why?

Many FORTHiQ devices have auto-shutoff after 15–20 minutes to prevent overuse.
You can restart it for another session after a short break.


The TENS or vibration feels weak. Can I adjust it?

Yes. Increase intensity using the “+” button or control panel.
If the sensation remains weak, ensure the device pads or straps have full contact with your skin.


Can I replace the battery or parts?

FORTHiQ devices use built-in batteries that should not be replaced by users.

How can I update my device firmware?

If your device supports firmware updates, instructions are available in your product manual or at the Support Center.
