Battery fully discharged: Charge the device with a USB-A to USB-C cable, then long-press the power button to turn it on.
Power button pressed too briefly: Long-press the power button for 3–5 seconds; a short press cannot power on the device.
Device Fails to Charge
Damaged or faulty charging cable: Replace it with a fully functional charging cable.
Wrong charging cable used: Only use a USB-A to USB-C cable. USB-C to USB-C cables are incompatible and cannot charge this device.
Loose cable connection: Plug the cable firmly into both the device and power adapter. The blue indicator will breathe and flash when charging normally.
Device Stops Working Mid-Session
Low battery triggered auto-shutdown: If the power indicator flashes, the battery is low. Fully charge the device before reuse.
10-minute session timer completed: The device shuts down automatically after 10 minutes of use. Long-press the power button to restart.
Red Light Indicator Keeps Flashing or Will Not Stay On
The red light only works with direct bare-skin contact. It will turn off under thick clothing or without skin contact. Adjust the device so it fits closely against bare skin.
Short-press the power button to activate the red light. The indicator will stay solid when functioning normally.

Fast flashing blue: Low battery—charge immediately.
Slow breathing blue: Charging in progress.
Steady solid light: Fully charged or running normally.

Device Beeps When Adjusting Intensity
The electrode pads are not fully and firmly attached to the skin. Before adjusting intensity, make sure the pads are pressed closely and evenly against your neck.
Discomfort or Tingling Sensation During Use
Insufficient skin lubrication: Apply moisturizer or conductive gel to your neck before use for a smoother experience.
Intensity level set too high: Reduce the intensity gradually to a comfortable setting.
Normal TENS response: Mild electrical tingling is a normal feature of TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) technology.
