HBF Reporting Terms of Service

HBF Reporting is an internal reporting and advertising operations application operated for Hubforth and FORTHiQ business analytics.

Authorized use

The application may only be used by authorized personnel or systems for internal advertising, ecommerce, analytics reporting, and approved Google Ads management work.

Data access and ad operations

By authorizing the application, users permit HBF Reporting to access the approved Google Ads and BigQuery scopes needed for internal reports and authorized ad operations. Authorized users may use the application to create or edit Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, and related settings when such changes have been specifically requested and approved by the business.

Restrictions

Users must not use the application to access data they are not authorized to view, share confidential data externally, or attempt to bypass access controls. Advertising changes must be requested and approved by authorized business personnel.

Third-party services

Use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Changes

We may update these terms as the internal reporting and advertising operations workflow changes.
