Meta Integration Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

1. Operator and Scope

Hubforth International Limited operates an internal integration with the Meta Marketing API to manage Meta advertising for the FORTHiQ business.

The integration is accessible only to personnel and systems authorized by Hubforth International Limited. It is not a consumer application, does not provide Facebook Login, and is not connected or authorized by FORTHiQ customers.

2. Data Processed

The integration processes only data made available through permissions assigned to Hubforth International Limited's Meta business assets:

• Business Portfolio, advertising account, Facebook Page, Pixel, dataset, and conversion-event identifiers and settings;
• campaigns, ad sets, advertisements, creatives, media, budgets, schedules, targeting, optimization, and delivery settings;
• aggregated advertising Insights, including impressions, clicks, spend, and conversions; and
• System User identifiers, assigned permissions, authorization status, and limited operational or security logs.

The integration does not receive or store identifiable profiles or event-level Pixel activity for individual people who view advertisements, click advertisements, or visit FORTHiQ.com. It does not access personal Facebook messages, friend lists, personal posts, or unrelated personal profile information.

3. How and Why the Data Is Processed

Hubforth International Limited uses the integration to read authorized business settings and aggregated reports, upload advertising media, and send instructions to Meta to create or update advertising objects. The data is processed only to:

• create, modify, pause, manage, and monitor Hubforth International Limited's advertisements;
• upload and manage advertising images and videos;
• configure authorized business assets and conversion events;
• produce internal advertising performance reports; and
• secure, audit, and troubleshoot the integration.

4. Storage, Sharing, Retention, and Security

Meta is the primary system in which the advertising assets and reports are maintained. Hubforth International Limited may retain access credentials, business-asset identifiers, advertising-object identifiers, and limited operational logs required to run and secure the integration.

Hubforth International Limited does not sell Meta Platform Data.

Information is available only to authorized Hubforth International Limited personnel and necessary service providers that are required to protect it and use it only for Hubforth International Limited's authorized purposes.

Access credentials are maintained in restricted environments. Information retained outside Meta is deleted when it is no longer needed, when the relevant authorization ends, or when deletion is required by Meta or applicable law.

5. Deletion

FORTHiQ customers do not access or authorize this integration, and the integration does not store identifiable consumer profiles. Authorized individuals who can access the integration may request deletion of personal authorization information or operational-log information associated with them by following the User Data Deletion Instructions below.

6. Contact and Updates

Questions about this policy may be sent to lpg@hubforth.com. Hubforth International Limited will update this page if the integration's permissions or data practices materially change.

This integration is not used or authorized by FORTHiQ customers and does not store identifiable consumer profiles. Consumers therefore do not need to remove this internal integration from their Facebook or Instagram accounts.

An individual authorized by Hubforth International Limited to access the integration may request deletion of personal authorization information or operational-log information associated with that individual.

Email lpg@hubforth.com using the subject Hubforth Meta Integration Data Deletion Request and include:

• your name;
• your Hubforth business contact email address;
• your role or authorization context; and
• a description of the information concerned.

Hubforth International Limited may verify the requester's identity and authorization. Applicable information will be deleted or de-identified as soon as reasonably possible unless retention is required for security or legal compliance.

An authorized Hubforth International Limited administrator may separately stop future API access by invalidating the integration's System User token or removing its assigned business assets.

The integration may be used only by personnel and systems authorized by Hubforth International Limited, solely to manage Hubforth International Limited's permitted Meta business assets.

Authorized users must protect credentials, act only within assigned permissions, and comply with applicable law, the Meta Platform Terms, and other applicable Meta policies. Hubforth International Limited may suspend access when necessary to protect the integration or its business assets.

Security vulnerabilities or suspected unauthorized access involving Hubforth International Limited's Meta advertising integration may be reported to the same email address using the subject Hubforth Meta Integration Security Report. Do not include access tokens, passwords, or App Secrets in the message.
