HBF Reporting Privacy Policy

HBF Reporting is an internal reporting application used by Hubforth and FORTHiQ to analyze advertising, ecommerce, and website performance.

Information we access

With authorized Google account consent, HBF Reporting may read Google Ads reporting data and read-only BigQuery datasets connected to company analytics exports, including campaign performance, spend, clicks, conversions, website analytics, and ecommerce funnel data.

How we use information

We use this information only to produce internal business reports, monitor advertising performance, diagnose traffic quality, and improve ecommerce operations.

Sharing

We do not sell this data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as required to operate secure internal reporting systems or comply with applicable law.

Storage and security

Access credentials are stored in protected private environments and are limited to authorized internal systems and personnel. HBF Reporting is not intended for public consumer use.

Google account control

Users can revoke OAuth access at any time from their Google Account permissions page.
